Tonight I learned, from experience that absence truly does make the heart grow fonder.
I sat at the dinner table looking at Ben and thinking that it had been six days since I'd had a real conversation with him. Then looking at William, knowing that I'd really only missed one evening with him but he was ten times cuter and a million times funnier than normal. It was wonderful. I was so happy to be with my family, I'm sure I was beaming.
